Design Time
Once our design team receive your request we may contact you with some samples or inspiration for your approval, our team will most commonly have designs ready to show you within 10 business days depending on demand for service.
Our customer service team will provide estimated ETA via email upon receiving of your request.
Is it perfect?
Once we have created a design we believe matches your request we will send you the final sample or samples/choices. If you are not 100% satisfied our team will gather some more information and continue to work to create the perfect artwork for you until you're 100% satisfied with the perfect design.
We can re-design or re-create your design upto 3 times with no additional charges.
Ready to go
Once you are happy with the final design, we will send a payment link to pay for your order as well as gather shipping information.
Once payment is received, your order will be manufactured by our Melbourne based manufacturing team which is typically complete within 7-10 business days. Once complete, we will email you a copy of the tracking number and your order will be on it's way.
Custom Design Form
Please complete the form with as much detail as possible and our design team will work their magic to bring your piece to life.
Once you submit the form, our design team will work hard behind the scenes to create the perfect piece to suit your request. Please allow upto 10 business days for the design process.
Once complete, our design team will email you a copy of the custom design created just for you, once approved, we will send a payment link, upon payment for the order manufacturing typically takes 7-10 business days then the artwork will be on its way to it's new home!
