    At this point in time no (sadly) However, we offer our online services 24/7 and make appearances at local pop up markets around Melbourne - Contact us via chat or Email or keep an eye on our socials for more information on pop up markets.
  • Who is NOCO?
    We are Jake & Nathaniel, owner operators of Noco Living. We take pride in creating Non-Common designs and products. We previously worked in the art sales industry providing products to clients across Australia, but decided to take our limitless ideas and inspiration to create our own "non-common" art business.
  • Do you do wholesale/Trade?

    All of our products are made right here in Melbourne, Australia.

  • How much is shipping?
    We charge $9.95 per ARTWORK for delivery and $34.95 for PLANTER BOXES The additional cost is due to the weight of the planter boxes which incur additional charges when shipping. If you're looking to make a bulk order or purchasing for wholesale/trade, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering so we can work out the best deal for you.
  • When will I get my order?
    Our artwork is made to order - Please allow up to 10 days for our amazing manufacturer to create your awesome artwork. Our planter boxes are typically in stock allowing for next day dispatch, however on occasion we may require up to 5 business days to get your order ready for dispatch - in this case, our team will get in touch with you with an ETA.
  • What happens if my print is faulty or damaged?
    No need to fear, NOCO is here. All products are covered by our 12 month warranty. If anything is faulty or unsafe with your product, please contact our team who will be happy to help. We encourage customers to not accept their delivery if the Box is delivered damaged as this will ensure the couriers cover the cost of the damages if the artwork is damaged. It is super important to open your parcel as soon as you receive it to review for any damages. Whilst all care is taken on our end with packaging the product, on the odd occasion your products could be damaged in Transit but as mentioned above there is no need to fear, the NOCO team are here to help.
  • Who will deliver my order?
    Depending on your location will depend on your courier - we entrust your delivery with our recognised safe shipping services with the least number of product damages to ensure a higher rate of safely delivered packages. Our courier base includes (but is not limited to0) Aramex/Fastway Australia Post Couriers Please TNT Allied Express
  • Can I customise my artwork?
    You sure can, our NOCO design team can help, simply send us an email with the artwork (or planter box design) you'd like modified and our team will be happy to help. Additional charges may apply.
  • I'm not sure what product will work for me..
    If you're looking for the perfect piece, you've come to the right place. If you send us a message or email with a picture of the space/room you're looking at placing your purchase, our design team can help with suggestions that would work in your space.
  • The size i'd like isn't listed
    We offer our recommended sizes but can also modify our prints and planter boxes to suit your style. Simply send our customer service team prior to ordering for a mock up of how your print or planter box will look and a quote.
  • Do you offer custom artwork?
    We sure do! Simply visit the Custom Artwork Tab and complete our short form so our design team can work their magic to create the ultimate artwork Just for you You are also welcome to contact us via live chat or email for further assistance with custom designs are modification of our exisiting designs.
  • What if I'd like to purchase for wholesale/trade?
    We've got news for you then my friend! Visit and apply to become a wholesale or trade stockist. We'd love to meet you.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    When it comes to online orders we accept credit/debit cards (including AMEX). We also welcome Payments via Klarna where you can split payments in 4 to minimise the immediate cost for your purchase. If you'd like to pay via Cash or Cheque you will need to contact our customer service team and we can assist.
